3. Flatten the balls of dough into thick disks using the palm of your hand.
4. Using a tablespoon, deposit the tomato sauce in the center of each pizzetta. Add the tuna, olives; season with salt and pepper.
5. Drizzle with a little oil and bake for 10 minutes maximum.
Before serving, garnish with fresh basil, the flavor will be even more relevant!
