1. Peel the cucumber and cut it in half lengthwise. Using a knife, scoop out and remove the seeds.
2. In a medium bowl, combine the tuna, mayonnaise, Cayenne pepper, and Worcestershire sauce; mix with a fork. Using a spoon, fill each cucumber half with this mixture, pressing down firmly. Refrigerate for 3 hours.
3. Remove the cucumber halves from the refrigerator; cut them into 1-inch pieces.
4. Separate the lettuce leaves; rinse and drain.
5. On a serving platter, arrange the lettuce leaves; place the cucumber on top, then serve immediately.
