1. Open the vanilla pod lengthwise. Using the back of a small knife, remove the seeds from the vanilla pod.
2. In a bowl, whisk together the cream, milk, egg yolks, 10 g sugar, salt, and flour. Add the melted butter and vanilla seeds.
3. In another bowl, whip the egg whites with 10 g sugar. Incorporate into the previous mixture.
4. Heat the waffle iron lightly buttered or oiled. Pour 1 tbsp. of waffle batter into the waffle iron. Cook for about 3 minutes per waffle.
5. Rinse and hull the strawberries. Mix with sugar and orange juice in a bowl.
6. Rinse the wild berries, raspberries, and blueberries. Add to the strawberries. Let macerate for 30 minutes.
7. Sprinkle the waffles with powdered sugar. Place on each plate.
8. Pour the drained wild berries over the waffles. Top with vanilla ice cream.
