1. Bring the cream to a boil with the zest in the fondue pot over low heat.
2. Chop the chocolate. Off the heat, add the chocolate to the cream and stir until melted. Add the raspberry liqueur.
3. With small wooden skewers, prepare small skewers. On one skewer, place a piece of cantaloupe, a strawberry, a raspberry, a piece of peach, and a cube of brioche.
5. Place the fondue pot over the fondue heating plate set to minimum. Dip the skewers and enjoy.
