Divide the wild blueberries evenly among four ramequins. Mix the sour cream, yogurt, and cinnamon in a bowl and pour the mixture over the blueberries, covering them completely. Sprinkle the mixture with brown sugar and caramelize under the broiler at 3 inches from the heat source until the sugar bubbles and caramelizes (about 3-5 minutes).
Serve while the caramel is still hot.
