1. In a robot, mix together the chicken, garlic, ginger, lemongrass, and coriander.

2. Place ½ tsp. of the mixture on each of the won ton pastry squares.

3. Moisten the edges of the pastry with a little water before folding it in half to form a triangle. Pleat towards the inside and set aside.

4. Gently heat the ravioli in a frying pan with a good amount of oil. Brown both sides, 5 to 8 minutes.
