Lucuma panna cotta
In a small bowl, soak the gelatin in the milk. Reserve.
In a saucepan, bring the cream and lucuma powder to a boil.
Remove from heat and let infuse for 5 minutes.
Add the gelatin that has been previously melted for 20 seconds in the microwave and stir well.
Combine the yogurt with a whisk and pour into glasses.
Let set in the refrigerator for at least 8 hours.
Strawberry coulis:
Put the strawberries, lucuma powder, and lemon juice in a food processor.
Mix until smooth, then pour over the panna cotta.
