1. Split the hot dog down the middle. Spread the spaghetti sauce all over the hot dog, inside and out. Fill the hot dog with mozzarella, onions, and green bell peppers. Sprinkle with garlic.

2. Wrap the hot dogs in the crescent rolls. Hold the pepperoni to the outside of the roll with toothpicks.

3. Cook according to the package instructions of the crescent rolls.
